Drs. Harry Basehart, º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù faculty emeritus and founding co-director of PACE, and David Parker, chair of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee and professor of mathematics at º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù, speak on “Evolution of Republican and Democratic Ideologies.” Don Rush, news director for Delmarva Public Radio, moderates.
